What is a geotechnical consultant?

Geotechnical consultants perform a range of site investigations and soil tests to determine the engineering behaviour of foundation materials. Tests include investigations into subsurface conditions and materials to identify and assess risks posed by site conditions, environment and natural hazards. Our geologists also determine and design the type of foundation, footing and earthworks that will be required to support the proposed structures.

What geotechnical services do you provide?

We provide a range of residential, commercial and industrial services including soil tests, geotechnical site investigations, landslip risk assessments, environmental site assessments, Bushfire Attack Levels (BALs), building distress reports, road subgrade reports and land capability assessments.
